Size Guide - Always order your normal UK Size!

Please simply order your normal UK size in shoes or boots and we will convert the size to Pleaser sizing when we order.  Do not order a size bigger because someone has told you to do so - if you do this you'll end up with the wrong size.  Pleaser are based in America and usually their Womens Shoes are 3 sizes bigger than UK sizing.  However, Pleaser are not the usual American Sizing so DO NOT TRY TO ANTICIPATE what American size you need - Please order your English Size.  What this means is that when you receive your shoes/boots they will be marked with this bigger size - for example, if you are a UK.5 then they will come in a box marked 8 - do not panic, this is the correct size, if a UK.7 then the box will show 10, etc.

The only exception to this is if you have bought Pleaser shoes before and know the US size you take in Pleaser shoes (not other American shoes) - if so, then please email us to confirm what UK size you should order through our site.

Occasionally some styles come up bigger or smaller than expected - we try and anticipate these but sometimes they slip through - we will happily replace them for a different size if this happens

Pleaser have just started putting the English sizes on the boxes - however, they are incorrect by half a size, eg a 6 will be marked as 6.5 - Pleaser do not do half sizes and you will have been sent the correct US size for your equivalent UK size.

If ordering Mens shoes then do exactly the same thing - order your normal UK size - we will do the conversion.  Pleaser mens shoes/boots are usually 1 size bigger than UK, so if you are a UK.10 you will get a box with 11 or 11-12 on it.
