Returns Policy

What if there is a problem?

In the unlikely event the footwear doesn't fit after you've tried them, as long as they have not been worn other than to try them on, or damaged in any way as to make them unsaleable, send them back in the original packaging within 14 days and we will either :

• Send you a replacement different size
• Give you a credit against a purchase of a different style
• Give you a full refund

We really aim to please - we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
