What if there is a problem? In the unlikely event the footwear doesn't fit after you've tried them, as long as they have not been worn other than to try them on, or damaged in any way as to make them unsaleable, send them back in the original packaging within 14 days and we will either :
Please do not send them through the post unwrapped and do not put parcel tape on the boxes as it ruins them and we cannot then sell them. Imagine if you received your shoes and boots in a box covered with parcel tape, you wouldn't be happy. If you do damage the boxes like this we either reserve the right to charge you a £15 fee for replacing and restocking or we can refuse to refund completely as it will be extremely difficult for us to sell this item. Please note that you are responsible for payment of any return postage and should also make sure it is insured in the post. Ambers Secrets cannot be responsible for any return footwear lost in the post. If you decide you want to cancel your order before you receive your goods then please inform us as soon as possible so we can prevent dispatch. We really aim to please - we want you to be delighted with your purchase so please contact us by email immediately if there is a problem. If you need to return an item then please email us at Sales@AmbersSecrets.com first to let us know you are returning it and why (it's useful for us to know). Then either put the original invoice back into the package or write your name, address and order number on a piece of paper and include that in the return parcel.
