We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address, your postal address, or your phone number to any other trader without your explicit permission.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Your name, address, phone number, e-mail address
We will not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. 

We do not have access to your credit/debit card information. This is processed by our card clearing house called SagePay. SagePay uses a secure encrypted server and they only notify us of the amount paid, your name and payment reference, we never get your credit card details.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the Data Protection Act (1998).

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour to our site. The specific technology we may use will help us to locate the route via which you came to our site, such as search engines, browsers, shopping malls, etc. This is to help us promote our site in the most efficient way. Delivery

Our packaging is in pink polybags or sometimes in brown paper packaging with the return address as just "AS 42 Buxton Avenue, Caversham, Reading RG4 7BU". But inside the wrapping, unlike some other suppliers, for footwear we use Pleaser's own attractive boxes making it easier to give them as presents.
