We do not have access to your credit/debit card information. This is processed by our card clearing house called WorldPay. WorldPay is a part of the National Westminster/Royal Bank of Scotland banking group. WorldPay notify us only of the amount paid, your name and payment reference.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the Data Protection Act (1998).

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour to our site. The specific technology we may use will help us to locate the route via which you came to our site, such as search engines, browsers, shopping malls, etc. This is to help us promote our site in the most efficient way. Discreet Delivery

Our packaging is very discrete, with orders arriving wrapped in plain brown paper with the return address as just "117 Broad Street Mall, Reading, Berks, RG1 7QA". But inside the wrapping, unlike some other suppliers, for footwear we use Pleaser's own attractive boxes making them more attractive when used as gifts.
