Our Service Guarantee For those (like us) with experience of buying these kind of items over the web the biggest disappointment is SIZE ! - it really is everything. Other websites often use US sizes from which you deduct 2 to get to a UK size, but in our experience this does not always work. From our own range a normal UK size 7 means UK 7 in some styles but up to UK 11 in others ! When ordering from us, select your normal UK size and we'll select the size that we think is most likely to fit you. This does mean that you may receive a very different size than you expect ! How do we know this ? Simply because we have road tested them, so you'll benefit from our direct experience. In the unlikely event the footwear doesn't fit after you've tried them, send them back in the original packaging within 14 days and we will either :
