Pricing and Delivery All prices include VAT (UK Tax) but exclude delivery, see below for the rate for where you live. Please note that the delivery price is per order not per item - so if you order 2 pairs at once then you get a discount on postage - you effectively get free postage for your 2nd+ pairs. Items in stock will be dispatched within 2-8 days, if not in stock then delivery can take up to 28 days while we wait for the items to come in. As a general rule 95% of our orders are shipped within 28 days and approx 75% within 14 days. Items sometimes become unavailable after an order is placed - if this occurs we will contact you and refund any monies paid. We will send anywhere in the world, usually within 28 days and to make life simpler we charge the following rates per order. If you buy more than one item you don't pay any more postage making our delivered prices even more cost effective. The rates depend on where you live.

Duty & Customs in your country
We cannot estimate customs and import duties in your country. If import duty is to be paid before your customs authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay these duties and taxes. TV Footwear Ltd cannot be held responsible for customs charges and any delays due to payment not being made in your country.
Discreet Delivery
Our packaging is very discrete, with orders arriving wrapped in plain brown paper with the return address as just "117 Broad Street Mall, Reading, Berks, RG1 7QA". But inside the wrapping, unlike some other suppliers, for footwear we use Pleaser's own attractive boxes making them more attractive when used as gifts.
