Ordering & Delivery

All prices include VAT (UK Tax) but exclude delivery, see below for delivery rates. NOTE:  NOT ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK - PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR A MORE DETAILED EXPLANATION. Please note that the delivery price is PER ORDER not per item  - so if you order 2 pairs at once then you get a discount on postage - you effectively get free postage for your 2nd+ pairs.(Except UK postage with restricted total amounts of £15 and £30 shown below - they will go to the next postage level once the threshold is broken) PRICE PER ORDER  NOTES £3.00 For bags & smaller items up to £15.00 in value UK delivery only £4.50 For bags & smaller items up to £30.00 in value UK delivery only £6.50 Everything over £30 in value UK only - 1st class, ParcelForce48 or courier depending on weight £17.50          Europe £25.00          Rest of the World

NOT EVERYTHING ON THE SITE IS IN STOCK! Just because the website allows you to put things into your cart it doesn't mean they are in stock - we may have to order items in which usually takes approx 2-3 weeks - this allows us to offer you the full range of Pleaser products instead of a limited range of in-stock items.  If you need an item urgently then please contact us by email BEFORE placing your order to check they are in stock.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 2-8 days, if not in stock then delivery can take up to 28 days while we wait for the items to come in.  As a general rule 95% of our orders are shipped within 28 days and approx 75% within 14 days.  Items sometimes become unavailable after an order is placed - if this occurs we will contact you and refund any monies paid.

DUTY AND CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY

We cannot estimate customs and import duties in your country. If import duty is to be paid before your customs authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay these duties and taxes. TV Footwear Ltd cannot be held responsible for customs charges and any delays due to payment not being made in your country.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is pink polybags so you'll be able to spot an Ambers Secrets order really easily - the return address as just "AS, 42 Buxton Avenue, Reading RG4 7BU.  Inside the wrappers we use Pleaser's own boxes making them more attractive when used as gifts.
